So if I right click the .conf files there is no "open with". I can just open and if I do there's  a weird window saying that there can't be any software found. :/

when that window pops up there should be a link to choose a program to open it with.. just choose notepad or whatever txt editor you have :)

So, I searched for 'sai.exe' and the program and the brushes popped up. I try to move them into the program but it doesn't work. I don't know if that's not the main directory or what, but I'm not sure what to do. Great brushes, by the way!

you should move them into the -folder- not the -program- there's a big difference. Also, what do you mean by "it doesn't work" I need more specifics if I'm going to help :) Do you get an error message? Do the textures not show up in the drop down lists?

There is no folder at all. Just the program. I guess by "it doesn't work" I mean that nothing happens. The program starts up, if it's closed, and then that's it.

when you run the search for sai.exe you should be able to locate the folder it's in.. that folder is the main sai directory. it has to be -somewhere- unless you installed it horribly wrong and put it on your desktop or something... but then it shouldn't work because it wouldn't have it's dependent files (like the config files) you don't need to open sai to drag and drop the files into the folder.. if it's starting up automatically you're doing something wrong o.O
