What is this? A redline is when one artist draws over another artist's work as a teaching tool to point out mistakes and give advice. While you are technically right that the chin does have flesh and not straight bone, that fleshy bit is there to help facilitate the movement of the lips and facial expressions in general. Just thought I'd add that.
