What I Allow

I will allow my artwork THAT ISN'T LABELED AS A COMMISSION to be used for any of the following as long as it is not being sold for any sort of currency (real or virtual):

:bulletblue:Avatars
:bulletblue:Signatures/Banners
:bulletblue:Page Layouts
:bulletblue:Backgrounds/Desktops
:bulletblue:Saved to a personal computer for admiration or study

If you wish to re-post an edited work of mine, PLEASE remember to give proper credit. I require a link to me (:icondarlingmionette: or DarlingMionette).

What I Don't Allow

I do NOT allow any of my artwork to be sold for currency of any type, real or virtual. I also do not allow people to trace, re-post, or edit my deviations in any way unless they give proper credit (listed above).

Commissions

Commissions cannot be used in any way by anyone other than the person who originally commissioned me for the piece.

That means: You can't edit the finished commission and post it elsewhere. You can't claim it as yours. You can't sell it. You CAN color the lineart (if it's been stated in the lineart's description that you may do so) but only if you provide all the proper credit. (listed in the description).

You can find a list of who's commissioned me and what they recieved here: darlingmionette.deviantart.com…

Commissioners retain the right to resell any commission they've bought, or use it for any purpose they so choose.

The Golden Rules

If you have a question about my copyright provisions - ASK ME. Don't make assumptions. I'm not a mean person - but if you do not provide proper credit for a lineart, or you copy, trace, sell, or repost any of my work without following my copyright provisions, I will turn you in for art theft without warning.

If you think you've found someone who may be breaking my copyright provisions: Please report them to me! I know who does and who doesn't have permission to use my works, and I can tell you if someone has stolen something.
