Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

*quickly runs by* WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE. *stops* hi. Sorry. So. No one should ever give me weeks of vacation - which is about what the Christmas season has amounted to. With no commissions, and only those 9 elf projects to keep me busy, I have been spazzing out for what seems like forever. First I made 200 cookies. Then I made another 4 dozen. I cleaned my ENTIRE house. It's spotless :3 . I've read 11 books (i'm not kidding.. this is just since christmas), made a person-sized snow bunny sitting on the couch in my backyard, had a snowball fight (WHEEEE SNOW), and got seven pages of Khet chapter 10 done.

Unfortunately, in there I also got pulled along to the doctor's office a few times (not my doctors). Poor BlueBonnet, as if she didn't have the worst luck ever already (after breaking two fingers in the past year or so, both right around christmas), managed to drop a bowl on her toe 2 days ago while trying to put it away in the kitchen and ended up getting internal bleeding. Now my family all assumed it was broken... she was screaming in pain and it was well... purple. So despite the snow, we trudged off to the doctors office for an emergency visit. Well, it wasn't a broken toe, but it was bleeding internally. To stem the bleeding (without warning to any of us) the doctor heated a paperclip over a Bunsen burner and proceeded to jab the glowing-hot piece of metal through BlueBonnet's toenail. Blood came pooling out, the wound was cauterized, and we were told her toe nail will probably fall off. Have I mentioned BlueBonnet is only 9 years old? I don't ever want to hear a kid scream like that again >.< *shudder* She's a little trooper though and is running around like normal despite the burned hole in her foot. Needless to say, it's been a pretty crazy Christmas season around here.

On the up side, my internet is FINALLY fixed. They had to replace the brand-spanking-new router with yet another brand-spanking-new router. Apparently the other one has a habit of not working with wifi even though it should. Go figure. But I'm good. I have fast internet (YAY) and I'm looking forward to maybe doing some livestreams and more videos in the future

I shall no go crawling back to my kindle to read a million romance novels like the girl I am and chat with people in the slowest possible method ever. (they those kindle keyboards are small and like to miss-click D

PS: before anyone asks (cause someone always does) Yes, I'm still sick. I know.. ridiculous.. I've been sick going on... god.. what has it been now... 9 weeks? The only symptom I have left is coughing. I'm pretty sure I have pnuemonia - but it doesn't seem to want to let go -_- I'm taking my meds and hoping it clears out before I have to go to a real doctors -_____- That's all for now *runs away*

Well maybe you got the same stinkin flu we had up here (I didn't manage to read all your journals since my inbox was super extra full and dumping most of yours got me another 50 messages ahead..hehe..so I dont know what your earlier symptoms were).... ive been sick for about 5 with a bug that gave my boss pneumonia ... had bronchitis (tight chest) with no other symptoms besides tired as poop for a week or so, then horribly painful tonsils and laryngitis for a week and a half, then mostly just coughing and such after that, the past two weeks have been no more than coughing but it WONT. GO. AWAY and even wakes me up from a sound sleep to cough.... even though I feel fine otherwise.

i think it has been a rather unpleasant flu season this year though from what I've heard in general.
maybe we both can get well soon

aww i'm right there with you. Yah this started as a sniffly nose and progressed to just being exaughsted all the time, coughing up a storm, headaches, sinus pressure, fever, so on and so forth. I'm with you in that boat. I can't remember the last time I slept more than an hour or two - my nose is either so stuffy I can't breathe, or I can't stop coughing long enough to fall asleep. -_- I actually fell asleep yesterday at 2 pm reading a book because I was just so tired. I never take naps! I've had it prolly about 10 weeks now. two weeks ago I thought I was getting better.. the coughing had finally stopped, and then it started all over. All my relatives and friends in-town are sick too.. dunno what it is about this particular flu bug but it's hard-hitting and clingy.

well enough. picked my maille back up after a slump. ill prob post pics next week cause im gonna be busy till then. been wanting to watch someone special do art but it hasnt been happening. i wont be able to anyway fer the next 2 weeks but thats alright.
